Vale of Glamorgan Football League Preview 16/11
It’s dried up and football in the Vale is coming your way.

We start in the Premier Division as second place AFC Rhoose travel to third place St Athan in a derby day fixture. Rhoose took the win in the last meeting between the sides and this should be an interesting contest, we’ll go with a point apiece.

Unbeaten Holton Road host Cardiff Airport, Holton are unbeaten for a reason and with Airport on a bad run we can only see a home win here.

Cowbridge Town welcome Tynewydd to the Bear Field, both teams are struggling so far this campaign, Town will be wanting to bounce back from penalty heartbreak last week but Tynny have picked up as of late and we are tipping them for the win.

In Division One, the match of the day is leaders AFC Rhoose B taking on Barry Vikings. Both teams are in tremendous form and this will some game, we’ll say Rhoose B just edge it.

Island Marine B took a hammering last week and will be looking to bounce back against St Athan B, we think they do and say home win.

Barry Athletic B play Rhoose Social off the back of a huge win last week, but Social are in great form, this will be another tight game but we’ll say Social take the points.
