Tynewydd produced the cup upset of the round as the championship leaders dumped AFC Rhoose out of the Barry Cup. Nathan Donnelly starring as Tynewydd came out 6-4 winners over last years finalists.

In the championship Cadoxton Imps walloped bottom side St Athan Thirds 11-2 and Barry Athletic Reserves edged out Peterston Super Ely.
